My favorite song at the moment. A year or two old now, but never heard it until a week or so ago.

I love the way that younger musicians like the folks above and Lana Del Ray dig into retro vibes for inspiration.

I mean, he's also saying he's the best, right? So, be humble is directed at others?
Well cool, anyway. Razz

I got the album Little Neon Limelight by Houndmouth. They certainly sound like several other groups the names of which I can't think of right now, but the tracks on this CD were pleasantly varied. I liked the acoustic counter-part to their big single Sedona, called "For No One".

So Hans Zimmer was at Coachella and they've posted videos of parts of his set. Pirates of the Caribbean is some of my favorite work of his and this rendition was fantastic.

Her name is Tina Guo and apparently she's somewhat well-known on YouTube for her covers of video game and other soundtracks. I've been listening to some of her stuff tonight and her Skyrim one is pretty great.

I like the vocalist for those. Music must be nice to have playing as background to a game. I need to go hang out in more Irish pubs with live music; we've got one here with music every night but it's a bit of a trek.

That Whiter Shade of Pale video is ridiculous. Laughing Why couldn't they have gone with a performance video if they wanted to show the band members, instead of them just standing around while one guy sings? Pretty dumbfuck concept.
