OK Illia. Here's your first proper chance to go on a mission that will be part of the Dragonborn legend, thats my legend just to be clear, but you'll probably get a mention, as a sidekick, or in the foot notes or something.
Anyway, we have to escort this old archeologist bloke and his, noticably female, apprentice to a cave so he can look at a wall.
Why?
Well I dont know, I only started listening when it got to the bit about me.

Anyway its not far, just over there, through this perfectly charming landscape.

Oh that's just typical! The bloody Forsworn have only gone and built their camp right under the secret cave entrance. Mad
Right pay attention Illia! Sometimes it pays to be a bit quieter. Sneaky does it, and not say psychotically hurling magic about screaming like an orgasming banshee.
Now like this.

Nice and quiet, sneaky, sneaky.

Hah! Got you!

What do you mean he must have been deaf? Mad
Lets just get this archeologist into this cave so we can find out more about me.
Yes that is important! Mad

Right old man, you are sure ths is the right place?
And its secret, therefore not full of enemies and monsters waiting to tear our faces off?
Right then, lets go in.

-pssst- Illia? Is she staring at me? Feels like she is staring at me.

Aarrgh!

Ah bugger!

Have at you, you bastard! Oh yeah! Dragonborn rules over undead!

Oi you! I thought you said this place was as a secret and empty?! Evil or Very Mad

-CRACK-THUMP-

Ah, looks like we woke someone up! pale Maybe he will be in a good mood after a long sleep?

Um, hello, sir. I trust you slept well?

affraid Or maybe you got out of the wrong side of the crypt!

Right old man, this wall better be worth it, those dead guys take ages to kill! Again! Mad

You know Ive been thinking, if its my destiny to defeat the dragons, and I succeed, which I will because I'm Canthiss, hero and legend, it occurs that once its done, I'm kind of out of a job.
I mean what does an ex-Dragon slayer do if he's defeated all the dragons?
Milk-maid?!  Mad
Hey Illia, don't stare, but is that woman watching me again? I think she fancies me. Nod
What are you laughing at?  Mad

Well old man? What you found?
The defeat of Alduin, blah, blah, Blades, ancient heroes, come on get to me! Mad
Wait! What was that about the Lord of Time and a box?
Oh no! I'm the hero of this tale. Mad
So what happens to me?
What do you mean ultimate sacrifice? pale
Are you sure that's not just a miscarving? pale

Ok Illia. According to those archeologists I have to talk to the Jarl's of Skyrim and get them to stop fighting each other. No, I hadn't noticed either but apparently there is a civil war going on. Does explain why I keep running into Imprials and Stormcoaks knocking the shit out of one another however, I thought it was just a local sport. Shrugging
Anyway we will start in Whiterun.
Don't kill anyone!

Right I'm going to talk to the Jarl of Whiterun. You stay here in the main hall- and don't cause any trouble! Got it!

(one hour later)

What did you do? They are fighting each other and you?
A frenzy spell? What does that do? Puts everyone into a psychopathic killing frenzy, of course it does. Rolling Eyes
Right lets just quietly slip away and try to look nonchalant.

OK, that's the alarm gone up in the Keep. Just stay calm and hope we don't run into any guards.
Ah Bugger. pale

OK, plan B. Leg it!

-Wheeeeeeee-ooooooooo! Wheeeee-ooooooo!-

Hey! I know that noise! Look Illia- over there, next to the cow.

I knew it- its that magic box! Mad

Lydia! cheers  What do you mean bugger? Suspect
I'm afraid this is bad timing for a reunion. We have the entire guard complement of Whiterun chasing us.
I'm not getting in that box! Are you mad, its tiny, and wooden.
Hold on, what am I saying. Me, Dragonborn, squeezed in a tiny box with two hot chicks. Very Happy  bounce
I'll be right behind you. Nod

Ah shit! Its bigger on the inside! Mad

The interior is made of stone. But of course! Laughing

Its the Gothic Wallpaper- as used in 4th and 8th TARDIS interiors for the Cloister Room (where the warning Cloister Bell is located)

Alternatively its the Chamelion Circuit screwing up some more- instead of matching the exterior to Skyrim its matched the interior instead!

{{{Gone back to Skyrim, and as my pc is suitably more beefed up than it was previously been setting it up to look pretty.
I decided against an ENB simply because there was always something I really disliked about whichever one I tried, too much bloom, ridiculous sunglare, or something, so instead opted for a combination of lighting mods, climate mods, dynavision for depth of field (not on in all these pics) and Imaginator for tweaking saturation/contrast ect

Whiterun on a rather grey and gloomy morning-

'Dem bones, Dem bones...

Blood on the Snow

Camping trip!

I think Sofia may be 'taking care of business' in the long grass!

Talking of the lovely, rather naughty always fun Sofia

Posing pouch at the ready (and yes I did go find a kilt mod, I have standards you know!

I may do another playthrough thingy if anyone is interested, but with at least some vid this time, which means you will hear my dulcet tones, you might even understand some of it! }}}}
