Once you get 20+ you really get to appreciate the enthusiasm for little kids' games of imagination. Just offer bits and pieces now and then and buy into it and you can have a great time!

{{First storm of the season rolling into Scotland as I type- due to hit proper later today, fortunately doesn't sound too bad, so far-

'The Met Office has issued weather warnings and said Storm Ali could bring winds of 80mph and a danger to life from flying debris...Travel disruption and huge waves in coastal areas are also expected.

Oh good! Mad Mad Mad }}

{{UK is kind of split on metric- we still weigh stuff in stones and pounds and we still tend to measure height in feet in inches and distance in miles, but we measure liquids by the litre.

Bit windy here jut now, sea's looking interesting too, high tide will be quite the swell I think judging on this picture taken by a friend on the ferry earlier- }}

Its very blustery but warm still here in the South East. 37MPH. Trees are thrashing around a bit & my windmill in the garden is a complete blur its going so fast, but, no damage yet, no fallen trees etc Smile
