You mentioned my curls and...dimples. There not being much else on there, I had to assume you were looking at my feet. Clearly I had, yet again, to set you straight... Rolling Eyes

sorry my mistake, should have known they were feet, silly me. Shocked rather curly for feet though, I mean, shoes must be out of the question? unless you use curly elf shoes, or Alladin shoes from old Araby. Or you make your own out of sausage skins.

You don't harass a stuffed bear like this, would you? Among the proper elements those are fine looking feet, thank you very much. Very warm and nicely padded.

Those are not pumpkin grooves, those are hairs! Mad I'd think anyone with as many cats as you have could recognize hair, for crying out loud. Hair hits the ground and swooshes out, pumpkin grooves curve in. And those feet are furry...I mean.... Banghead

How come woman go all swoony over unkempt, unshaved, looking men in films? If that really was so attractive tramps would be more popular. And he is a waif- no wonder he looks like he got his sword rom 'effiminate swords are us' he couldn't lift a claymore. Evil or Very Mad

I suppose in real life there are too many blokes who spend more time in the bathroom putting gel in their hair and preening than us, so a chap who looks like he has better things to do than pinch your moisturiser, like tossing dwarves and fighting orcses, is rather attractive. probably. Again with the tall spindly blokes. I mean, except for the hair, what's the real difference between the 'Gwain' feller above and this? :

Denethor, who is he? - Page 3 Gollum-chav2_1243157008

We simple minded men would dearly love to believe we can address all our romantic concerns by popping some muscle: simple problem, simple solution - that's how we think. But then you trot these guys out. And you even want personality for chrissake. I'm afraid the subtleties just escape me. Rolling Eyes

Aside from the fact that he appears to be staring in disgust at defecating farm animals (I'm making an assumption based on the time period) he is rather attractive. Nod

you know, this thread brought out something which I've been enjoying for a long time, and Forumshire is a demonstration par excellence of the point.

Over the internet, all distinguishing features fade away except the personality. I had always assumed Norc was male based on the avatar, but after recent comments went back and discovered in the introduction thread that Norc was female. Nearly all the teenagers could be interchanged with the middle agers and there's no way to know - not from the writing style or intellect. The Norwegians could be from anywhere if they'd just stop spouting norwegian long enough for us to forget it....in short the internet really proves the unity of humankind that crosses age, sex, nationality, you have it. It's only when specific references are made to these identities that any of it becomes apparent.

So yeah, I've felt it for decades ever since I found my students back in west africa trying to pull the same pranks on their teacher that I did at the same age. It's just that with the electronic medium the surprises come more often, and are always delightful.
